The S&F approach to hair treatment
Choosing a hair clinic is about more than the treatment itself. It’s also about who treats you, the time they give you and how supported you feel along the way.

Personally treated by Arezo
Every treatment at S&F is carried out by Arezo, our registered nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience. From your initial consultation to treatment and aftercare, you know who you’ll be seeing and who to contact with questions.
Time for you
We welcome one client at a time in our private Hendon clinic. We take time to understand your hair concerns, assess your scalp and explain your options, with space for questions before you decide how to proceed.
Your free consultation can include magnified scalp imaging to help you see and understand what we’re discussing.
Thoughtful preparation, personalised treatment
We offer both PRP and PRF, with your treatment plan tailored to your concerns and the areas being treated.
Where suitable and possible, we aim to collect 4–5 vials of blood for your hair treatment. The amount collected and preparation used depend on your individual circumstances and the agreed treatment plan, which Arezo will explain during your consultation.
Clear pricing and ongoing support
Your consultation is free. A £30 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment, or fully refunded if you attend and treatment does not proceed. Single-session and course prices are clearly displayed, so you can consider your options with confidence.
After treatment, you’ll receive aftercare guidance and can contact us directly on WhatsApp with questions. Our Hendon location also offers parking by prior arrangement, making repeat visits easier.

What’s the difference between PRP and PRF?
Both are prepared from a small sample of your own blood and contain platelets, which release growth factors involved in the body’s repair processes. They differ in how they are prepared and how the platelets are held.
PRP
Platelet-rich plasma
A concentrated platelet-rich liquid, usually prepared with an anticoagulant to keep it fluid. It is used in selected scalp treatments and microneedling facials.
PRF
Platelet-rich fibrin
Typically prepared without an added anticoagulant. Its natural fibrin network can hold platelets and allow a more gradual release of growth factors; injectable PRF is used while still liquid.
Which should I choose?
The choice depends on the treatment area, your goals and the preparation used. PRF is not automatically better than PRP. Our Premium Scalp PRP + PRF option brings both preparations into one treatment plan; your consultation explains the approach and realistic expectations.
Available add-on
Red Light Therapy £40
Non-invasive red light that may support hair density as part of an ongoing scalp-care plan, where suitable.
Frequently asked questions.
Have a question about your treatment? Ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I choose a scalp treatment?
Hair changes can have different causes. Your consultation reviews your concerns, medical history and scalp before we recommend a suitable treatment plan.
Will I need a blood draw?
PRP and PRF treatments use a preparation made from your blood, so a blood sample is required. Treatments using a professional formulation instead do not require a blood draw; we confirm the method for your chosen treatment.
How many tubes of blood do you take for hair PRP or PRP + PRF?
Where suitable and possible, we collect four to five tubes. The number is tailored to your treatment plan and what can comfortably be collected on the day. We allow time for this stage of your appointment, drawing on Nurse Arezo’s extensive experience in blood collection.
How many sessions will I need, and what is recovery like?
The course and spacing depend on your concerns and response. Temporary scalp tenderness, sensitivity or bruising can occur. We explain the suggested plan and aftercare at consultation.
