How does the consultation work?+
Your consultation is included at no extra cost. A £30 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted in full from treatment. If you attend and treatment does not go ahead, your deposit is fully refunded. You can book a separate Skin & Hair Consultation if you would like guidance before choosing a treatment.
Are treatments suitable for everyone?+
Every client is different, which is why we review your medical history, medication and current skin or scalp condition before recommending the most suitable options.
How much downtime should I expect?+
Downtime depends on the treatment selected. We’ll explain what to expect and provide clear, treatment-specific aftercare to support a smooth recovery.
Where is the clinic?+
We are a private, appointment-only clinic in Hendon, NW4 4TE, in Barnet, North-West London. The full address and arrival information are provided when your appointment is confirmed.
What are your opening hours?+
We are available from 10am–7pm Monday to Friday and 11am–4pm at weekends, by appointment.
Do you require a deposit and how can I pay?+
A £30 deposit is paid by card when you book online. It is deducted in full from treatment, or fully refunded if you attend and treatment does not go ahead. We accept card and cash for the remaining balance at the clinic.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?+
Cancel or rearrange at least 24 hours before your appointment for a refund or deposit transfer. For late cancellations or no-shows, up to £30 may be retained to cover our loss. If we cancel, you can choose a refund or reschedule.
Can I have consultation and treatment on the same day?+
Most treatment appointments begin with a consultation and can proceed on the same day when suitable. Some treatments need further assessment or a separate appointment. If you attend and treatment does not proceed, your deposit is fully refunded.
