How do I choose a programme?
We discuss your skin concerns and goals at consultation, then confirm the treatments and how they will be sequenced. Programmes can address a specific concern or be planned around a special occasion.
How are the appointments spaced?
Timing depends on the treatments included and your skin’s response. We confirm the suggested schedule at consultation; please tell us about any event date when enquiring.
What results can I expect?
Improvements develop gradually and vary between clients. No treatment can guarantee complete scar removal. We explain what is realistic for your concerns and whether another approach would be more appropriate.
Where is the clinic, and is parking available?
Our private, appointment-only clinic is in Hendon, NW4 4TE, in Barnet, North-West London. We welcome clients from Finchley, Mill Hill, Edgware, Colindale, Golders Green, Brent Cross and beyond.
Parking can be arranged in advance—just let us know when booking. The clinic’s full address and arrival instructions are sent once your appointment is confirmed.
