How and why we use it
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, provide requested information, keep the website and enquiry process secure, and meet applicable legal, clinical and professional record-keeping duties.
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on steps taken at your request before providing a service, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the clinic and responding to enquiries, and our legal or professional obligations. Where health information is required for care, it is handled only where permitted by UK data-protection law.
Who information may be shared with
We use trusted providers to operate the website, email and messaging services. This currently includes our website host and the communication platform you choose to contact us through. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, transfers and retention
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards recognised under applicable data-protection law.
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship. Clinical, financial or other formal records may be retained for longer where required by law, professional standards or the safe provision of care.
